We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed financial brokerage, and nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. 100% Client Technical Sovereignty
All third-party accounts, domains, web hosting, Google Business Profiles, WhatsApp Business APIs, CRM subscriptions, and software licenses are registered under the client’s direct ownership and billing. Upon project completion, the client retains full administrative credentials and operational documentation.
3. No Guaranteed Commercial Outcomes
While we engineer verifiable technical foundations and conversion systems, MEGUSTA MIGRACION LLC does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volumes, revenue figures, or commercial returns, as market outcomes depend on third-party algorithms, competition, and the client’s commercial execution.
4. Diagnostic-First Engagement Policy
Every custom implementation requires an initial diagnostic and a written scope proposal approved by both parties before any work or billing begins.
